- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I really need UPS to keep an experienced associate in the front at all times! I understand everyone has a training period but when it comes to mailing packages, letters, etc., a more experienced associate should be supervising the newbies. I just left this location and had to deal with a new associate who stared into space everytime I asked her a question. Also, I needed to mail a certified letter and she had no idea what to do. Instead of saying she didn't know what to do, and getting someone who could better assist me, she continued to click different things on the computer. To make a long story short, the experience left me a little irritated. Needless to say, UPS, don't leave the new associates to their own devices until they are capable of properly servicing customers.By A.C Sanders, June 11, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I came in around 4:30 on a Monday and the place was pretty empty. I was served right away with no issues. It seems like a lot of people have problems with this place based on other reviews, but I can only speak for my own experience.
